An imaginarium refers to a place devoted to the imagination. There are various types of imaginariums, centers largely devoted to stimulating and cultivating the imagination, towards scientific, artistic, commercial, recreational, or spiritual ends.

So essentially I want to create a place devoted to the imagination that is owned and operated by a non-profit consortium.
Ideally this would be the place - provided the funding would be made available by a group of investors, a.k.a., the Consortium.
